Photoshop CS6 expands video support, there are many changes here. The support for video files have been expanded.
Some of the new features are the ability to add sound tracks as well as mute them and creating transitions and fades, a bit like in Premiere Pro. All the usual edits in Photoshop can be performed on a video file as well.
Importing and exporting of video files is now handled by Adobe Media Encoder (you probably now Media Encoder from Flash).
I was also told that video features in Photoshop CS6 will be available in both versions: Standard and Extended, not in Extended only like in Photoshop CS5, which is a great news for all Photoshop users!
